registration

  1. Registration counters will open after services for three weeks from 12 to 27 April. Sign up early to secure your accommodation as registration is based on a first-come-first-serve basis.  
  2. Campers are encouraged to sign up with their family members on the same Camp Registration Form.
  3. Individual campers are strongly encouraged to sign up together with their preferred roommate (of the same gender) on the same registration form. If you sign up later than your roommate, please indicate his/her Form Reference Number in your registration form for our arrangement.
  4. Full payment must be made either by cheque or cash to the Camp Committee upon submission of the Camp Registration Form. Incomplete form or insufficient payment will not be accepted.
  5. Cheque payment is preferred and to be made payable to GLAD TIDINGS ASSEMBLY OF GOD.

    Thanks for your enquiry. :-)

    The check-in time on Sunday, 1 June is 5pm onwards. Plan your journey to arrive there just in time to check in. If you wish to be early, please know that the rooms may not be ready yet due to its high occupancy rate.

    If you are travelling by car, it’ll take approximately four hours but it could be longer. If you are taking the coach, expect between five and seven hours of journey. The coach will leave GTPJ sometime after 1st service.

    During this stretch of school holidays, do expect traffic jams along the way as holidaymakers and fellow campers make their way there. The normal way to go there is through Bidor. Drivers would need to abide by the speed limit of trunk roads.

    As the registration form must be completed and accompanied by full payment to secure your booking, phone or email or other methods of registration are not valid. If you are unable to come to the counter to register personally, you could enlist a cell leader/member or a church friend’s help.

    This Church Camp is only open to our Glad Tidings church members and regular visitors. Foreign pastors or members who are attending our church are also welcomed to join us.
