I. Registration

Registration will open on 12 April and close after 27 April.

Registration will be based on a first-come-rst-serve basis.

Campers are encouraged to sign up with their family members on the same Camp Registration Form.

Individual campers are strongly encouraged to sign up together with their preferred roommate (of the same gender) on the same registration form. If you sign up later than your roommate, please indicate his/her Form Reference Number in your registration form for our arrangement.
II. Payment/Refund/Cancellation

Full payment must be made either by cheque or cash to the Camp Committee upon submission of the Camp Registration Form. Incomplete form or insufficient payment will not be accepted.

Cheque payment is preferred and to be made payable to GLAD TIDINGS ASSEMBLY OF GOD. Payment will not be refunded for no-show or cancellation after 4 May.

However, payment is fully refundable if the Camp Committee is unable to accommodate your booking(s).
III. Room

Rates are based on per-person basis which include 4D/3N accommodation with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner except for lunch on 4 June. Rates for children (below 3 years and 4–12 years categories) are for room-sharing with parents.

Rates for adults are for twin-sharing basis.

Rates for triple-sharing basis are strictly for youths only.
IV. Extra Bed

Extra bed can be arranged on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to availability from the hotel. Cost for extra bed(s) will be borne solely by the camper. If the Camp Committee is unable to accommodate your request, payment for the bed(s) will be fully refunded.
V. Coach Transfer

Only seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Coach rates are for return-trip and it is non-refundable.

Coach rates are not included in the registration fee.
VI. General

Camp brieng will be on 24 & 25 May. Kindly stay back after service.

Hotel check-in registration opens not earlier than 5pm on 1 June.

Campers must abide by the camp policies for the entire duration of the camp.
Disclaimer

Neither GTPJ nor any appointed member of the camp committee shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage cost by any camper in any manner whatsoever and however caused during and for the entire duration of the camp inclusive of journey to and from the camp venue.

Neither GTPJ nor any appointed member of the camp committee shall be responsible for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by the camper in any manner whatsoever during and for the entire duration of the camp.
